This four week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation uses the powerful tools of yoga and meditation to guide you to connect to your own radiance so that you feel strong, stable, and able to withstand the stresses and of difficulties of modern life.
Each class contains a dynamic blend of breathing techniques, movement and exercise (called a kriya in Kundalini Yoga), music, mantra, meditation, and an extended relaxation to finish. This class is open to all levels so whether you are a beginner or have a regular practice this class is for you! No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.
