Monthly Observance
of Sacred Solace

Welcome to MOSS (Monthly Observance of Sacred Solace), a monthly gathering designed to provide a nurturing space for to connect, share, and support one another. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to feel disconnected and overwhelmed by the deep, meaningful matters of the heart. MOSS offers a sanctuary where you can bring your whole self, be witnessed, and witness others in their journey.

we come together to discuss and explore the profound emotions and experiences that shape our lives. Whether you're navigating grief, joy, gratitude, or heartbreak, MOSS is a place where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. Through shared experiences, reflective practices, and guided meditations, MOSS offers a sanctuary to connect, heal, and find solace in the sacred rhythms of life.

Join us at MOSS, and let’s create a space where the sacred is celebrated, and every soul is honored. Together, we can hold the light for each other, find strength in our shared humanity, and foster a community of healing, understanding, and genuine connection.

Each month, in MOSS,

Connecting through MOSS is a powerful act of resistance against the systems that dictate we must always be strong and conform to rigid standards of success. By creating a space where vulnerability is embraced and emotional authenticity is celebrated, we challenge the notion that sensitivity is a weakness. Instead, we recognize it as a profound strength that fosters true connection and personal growth. In MOSS, we examine the pressure to constantly perform and compete, allowing ourselves to be seen in our raw, honest humanity. Together, we build a community that values empathy, compassion, and mutual support, redefining what it means to be successful on our own terms.

In MOSS, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where your presence is valued just as you are. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Meeting Time: We gather online on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM Central Standard Time for one hour, on Zoom.

  • Flexible Participation: Join with your screen on or off, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

  • Open Sharing: You can choose to speak, share your thoughts and experiences, or simply listen and be present. There is no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level.

  • Safe Space: Our group is designed to be a safe and nurturing space where all emotions are honored, and everyone is respected.

  • Guided Conversations: Each session will include guided discussions on deep and meaningful topics, providing a framework for reflection and connection.

  • Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group, ensuring a confidential and trusting environment.

  • Support and Empathy: Expect to receive and offer support, empathy, and understanding as we navigate the complexities of our emotional landscapes together.

Join us at MOSS to find solace, strength, and solidarity in a community that values the depth of your heart and soul.
