4 week Kundalini Yoga Series with Virginia Bunting

Monday mornings 9:00-10:00


October 21-November 18 (we will skip Veteran's Day, Nov 11)
at Conscious Body Healing Arts Center.


This four week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation uses the powerful tools of yoga and meditation to guide you to connect to your own radiance so that you feel strong, stable, and able to withstand the stresses and of difficulties of modern life.

Each class contains a dynamic blend of breathing techniques, movement and exercise (called a kriya in Kundalini Yoga), music, mantra, meditation, and an extended relaxation to finish. This class is open to all levels so whether you are a beginner or have a regular practice this class is for you! No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.

If you've wanted to try one of Virginia’s classes without committing to a series, this is a rare opportunity to drop-in.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is a heart centered practice that interweaves movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation. It balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous and immune systems, improves circulation, brings an awareness to the impacts of your habits, and enables you to harness the energy of your mind and emotions. Each class uses a combination of powerful tools that will leave you feeling strong, stable, and able to withstand the stresses and of difficulties of modern life.
