Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is a heart centered practice that interweaves movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation. It balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous and immune systems, improves circulation, brings an awareness to the impacts of your habits, and enables you to harness the energy of your mind and emotions. Each class uses a combination of powerful tools that will leave you feeling strong, stable, and able to withstand the stresses and of difficulties of modern life.
This class is open to all levels so whether you are a beginner or have a regular practice this class is for you! No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.
