Either way, I bring a fierce combination of practical organizational know-how, stellar time management skills, and an intuitive, perceptive listening ear.

Here’s how it works:

 

Deep Dive

We’ll begin our work together with a Deep Dive Day to walk through your current days, review your routines and where you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. We’ll work together to craft morning, evening, and daily routines that help you to feel nourished and refreshed without adding more to your plate. At the end of our session, you’ll come away with a practical action plan to begin implementing these new routines and activities into your day for more calm and less stress.



Weekly Goal Setting

Each week we’ll make a list of goals you want to achieve and create a doable daily to-do list. You’ll be clear on what you need to accomplish and we’ll see how many of those items I can take off your plate. A small sampling of how I can help you on a weekly basis is below.

Monthly Check-In

Each month we will check-in to review what is working well and what needs tweaking. This is also a time that we can review some of your larger goals and strategize on how to fit them into your life now that you have extra time.

PRICING:

$40.00/HR

Minimum: 1 days per week (5 hours).

T+TH // 10:30 – 3:30 p.m. (10 HRS)

W+F // 10:30 – 3:30 p.m. (10 HRS)

T/W/TH or FRIDAY// 10:30-3:30 (5 HRS)

4 DAYS, TUESDAY – FRIDAY // 10:30 – 3:30 p.m. (20 HRS)

 

PAYMENT:

Every Friday, made via direct deposit, cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.

“To-Do Listing” for each week.

We’ll make a list of goals you want to achieve every week and I’ll create a doable daily to-do list for you. You’ll be clear on what you need to accomplish and we’ll see how many of those items I can take off your plate.

 

Meal Planning

What do you like to eat? What foods make you feel strong, healthy, and clear-minded? We’ll make a list of your favorite eats and I’ll put them in a meal plan for the week. Then I’ll shop for everything and make sure you have it on hand. I’ll keep your refrigerator and pantry clean and fresh, too! I am happy to prep and/or cook meals for you! Cooking is my creative passion and I love to nurture people with food.

 

Bill Paying + Budgeting

I’ll make sure everything’s getting paid on time and can design a workable budget based on your needs and goals.

 

Personal Paperwork

I’ll follow up on insurance + medical claims. Make doctor’s appointments (I’ll also take you to them and hold your hand if that is something you need). Pay that one parking ticket that’s lying around somewhere. Shop for lower car insurance or cell phone plan. You know: the stuff you’ve been putting off because you can’t spend eleventy-hundred hours on hold.

 

Project Management

This is for bigger projects that are overwhelming you (so you’ve been procrastinating). I’ll use my “timelining + deadlining” process for your project, develop a clear roadmap of how to accomplish it smoothly, and write a step-by-step list of everything that needs to be done. You can assign me as much or as little of those tasks as you want.
